100 Hours Certificate Program

Training and Placement Office of St. Thomas College Bhilai has organized 100 hours certificate program with MOU partner Bajaj Finserv Ltd. The training session was on the topic BANKING, FINANCE, INSURANCE & COMMUNICATION IN WORKPLACE. A subject that holds great relevance and significance in the professional world. During the session, students have learnt how set short term and long-term goals and break them down into manageable steps. The certification aims to validate specific skills, knowledge, and competencies required in BANKING, INSURANCE & WORKPLACE COMMUNICATION SKILLS ensuring adherence to the highest standards of performance and quality. The combination of the certification program and the college trip provided a well-rounded experience, blending academic learning with personal development. Feedback from students indicated high levels of satisfaction and appreciation for the initiative, with many expressing a renewed sense of purpose and motivation. This certification not only demonstrates compliance with established standards but also reflects the commitment to excellence and innovation.

Ms. Yamini Rai, Mr. Avichal Tamrakar and Mr. Hemant Raheja were the certified trainers for certificate program.  44 students from M.com, B.com and BBA attended the training session started from 21^st October 2024 and ended on 5^th December. Certification was started with Pre-assessment test and ended with Post Assessment, 44 Students who had pass the assessment had given certificate for the same. Certificate distribution for the same was conducted on 11^th January 2025 (Saturday). Chief Guest Mr. Dibyendu Sarkhel (DGM) Bhilai Steel Plant was present to felicitate the students.
