Equal Opportunity Cell : felicitation ceremony

The Equal Opportunity Cell of St. Thomas College, Bhilai, organized a special felicitation ceremony to honour Ms. Yamini Sidar, who has cleared Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission examination and selected as the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). In her address Ms Yamini shared that her achievement is the result of several year of dedication, long hours of focused study and meticulously prepared self-made notes that kept her sharply aligned with the syllabus. Ms. Yamini highlighted the dedication, hard work and perseverance that led to this significant milestone in public service. She encouraged students to enroll for the upcoming state and national competitive exams.

College Principal Dr Shiny Mendonce welcomed Yamini Sidar, and Dr.  Jyotsna Gadpayle (Co-ordinator) discussed in detail Yamini Sidar’s struggle and determination. Dr Sonia Popli moderated the entire event. All the college faculty, Cell members, and students were present, and Dr Kanhaiya Kumar Pandey (Co-ordinator) offered a vote of thanks at the end. This event served as a source of inspiration for the students and will provide them with renewed energy to succeed in future competitive examinations.
