Investor Awareness program

The PG. Department of Commerce of St. Thomas Bhilai in Collaboration with Empirical F&M Academy organised an investor awareness program for the Teaching and Non Teaching staff of the College.The topic was on “SMARTs Investor Awareness Program”.Mr. Pravin Dhuri smart trainer, SEBI and Mr. Sanjay Ashtkar Regional Manager-Motion Education (Kota) were the resource person.Mr. Duri emphasized on the points for protecting the interest of the investors. He further said that one should not invest without analyzing the financial plans of the investment..  Mr. Dhuri further stressed on “Lower the risk higher the return” should be everyone’s motto. Mr. Sanjay Ashtkar discussed SIP Funds. Principal of the college Dr M.G. Roymon in his speech said that proper investment planning should be done which will benefit post retirement. Dean Academics Dr. Debjani Mukherjee congratulated the department for the conducting the program  for both the teaching and non teaching staff of the college. Dr. Sapna Sharma Head PG. Department of Commerec urged that for proper financial planning “Soch kar Samajh kar invest kar” this policy should be adopted. Heads of various departments and the teaching and non teaching staff attended the program and had a fruitful session. The program was conducted by Mr. Mahenrda Ikar Asst. Prof Department of Management.
