राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 के आधार पर, सेंट थॉमस महाविद्यालय, भिलाई इस शिक्षा नीति के तहत प्रथम सेमेस्टर में प्रवेशित छात्रों को जेनेरिक एलेक्टिव (GE) एवम् वैल्यू ऐडेड कोर्स (VAC) में अध्ययन का अवसर प्रदान कर रहा है। छात्रों के लिए आवश्यक है, कि वे अपने मूल विषयों (Core Subjects) के साथ-साथ किसी अन्य संकाय से एक विषय, जेनेरिक एलेक्टिव (GE) का चयन करें। इसके साथ ही, छात्रों को एक वैल्यू ऐडेड कोर्स (VAC) का भी अध्ययन करना होगा जो उनकी रोजगारमूलक सम्भावनाओं में वृद्धि करेगा। NEP कार्नर का उद्देश्य छात्रों को एक सूचनापूरक निर्णय लेने में मदद करना है।
As per NEP 2020, St. Thomas College, Bhilai is now offering Generic Electives and Value-Added Courses (VAC) for the Students of Semester-I of all streams enrolled under NEP 2020. Along with your three Core Subjects that you have chosen, you are required to study one Generic Elective (GE), a subject from another stream. You are also required to study one Value Added Course (VAC) to enhance your career prospects. NEP Corner is the space which is intended to cater you an informed decision-making process.
