Step 1. Guidelines for Registration in Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg

  1. Visit the official website of Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg at https://www.durguniversity.ac.in/
  2. Click on Online Registration Form for Session 2026-27 in the left corner.
  3. Click on New Registration tab in the right hand corner.
  4. Fill up and submit your form after proper checking and note down your Registration No. for future reference.
  5. Take print out of your registration form and produce at college office while physical verification of document.

  • Scanned Copy of Mark Sheets of Class 10th & 12th
  • Scanned Copy of Full Signature in White Paper

Step 2.Guidelines for Admission in St. Thomas College, Bhilai

  1. Visit the official website of St. Thomas College at https://stthomascollegebhilai.in/
  2. Click on https://stthomascollegebhilai.in/procedure/
  3. Click on Apply Online fill the College Admission Form
  4. Fill up and submit form after proper checking.
  5. Take print out of your Admission Form and produce at college office while physical verification of document.

Checklist of Requirements for filling Admission Form of St. Thomas College

  • Photocopy of the marksheets- Class X , XII and Graduation (for PG Courses).
  • Original Transfer Certificate/ Character Certificate.
  • Original Migration Certificate for students from other Universities and CBSE/Other State Boards.
  • Original Gap Certificate should be submitted by candidates having a break in their academic studies.
  • Photo copy of the Aadhaar Card
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories should produce Caste Certficate.
  • Income Certificate of the Parent/Guardian (SC/ST/OBC categories) issued by the competent authority.
  • One latest passport size photograph.
  • AFFIDAVIT: It is mandatory as per the Hon. Supreme Court & UGC / AICTE Regulations that all students should fill the Anti Ragging Affidavit each year. To make the process easy, MHRD has developed an ONLINE facility. Affidavit can be obtained from any of the two Websites: www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org. Please go through the above mentioned websites and fill the form, Submit printout of the duly signed form along with the application.
  • Eligibility Certificate (Original & photocopy). This is applicable only for those students who have passed their qualifying examination from any Board/University other than C.G. Board / CBSE / Hemchand Yadav Vishwavidyalaya, Durg, CG.
