Food Adulteration and Safety Regulation
A one day talk on Food Adulteration and Safety Regulation was organized by the Department of Chemistry, St. Thomas College, Bhilai on 12.04.2023. The Resource person of the programme was Mr. Domendra Dhruw food safety officer, Rajnandgaon. He talked on food adulteration, food safety, food testing and easy way of detecting adulterants in food product at home. He motivated the students sharing his own journey of becoming food officer to appear in various competitive exam. He assured his cooperation and shared his contact no. with the students. PG students of physics, chemistry, bio-tech, microbiology, botany and zoology along with their faculties attended the programme. The programme ended with a interactive session. Students satisfied their various queries. This program has been conducted by the inspiration of Rev.Fr.Dr.Joshi Varghese, Administrator St. Thomas College, Bhilai. Dr. M.G.
